Live For The Lord

Live for the Lord:

Live for the Lord.

Live for the Lord: We must understand, as children of God, that we are not living for ourselves.

God has given us the power of free will, but we must be careful. Our heavenly father wants us to use our free will to choose to serve him.

We must surrender ourselves to the Lord with all our heart and will. He doesn’t want to force us, but for us to decide on our own.

For every desire that we have in our hearts must be according to God’s will. We are not meant to live by our flesh because that can lead us to hell.

Jesus Christ came to earth to teach us everything that we need to know. He wants us to follow his footsteps and be our role models.

We are selected by God, so we are not allowed to behave like the rest of the world.

Everyone is watching us, so let’s do our best to represent God well. It can be hard for some of us, but we have the Holy Spirit to guide us through everything.

Our flesh wants all the bad things in the world, but we are instructed by God to live in the spirit.

Kill Your Flesh

Live for the Lord pt2

Rom.8:12-13 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

[13] For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die; but if ye, through the Spirit, mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

When we listen to our flesh, that will lead us to sin, and God won’t be happy with us. The gift of the Holy spirit have been given to us to transform us to be like Jesus Christ.

The transformation won’t happen overnight, but little by little, we get better. God knows that we are not perfect, yet he loves us. If we love him, let us do our best to improve for him so that we can make it to heaven.

We are renewed by the Holy Spirit.

Live for the Lord pt3

When we accept the Holy Spirit, he’ll transform us to be like Jesus Christ. Our flesh will begin to fight us so that we can sin against the spirit.

The battle is not going to end, but we must fight it with the Lord. Our flesh will always do its best to make us desire sin. We must depend on the Lord so that he can help us out.

The devil will do everything he can to make sin appear more fun. A sinful life will lead to destruction, no matter how much fun it appears.

There are days when the enemy will do his best to steal us away from God’s love. The Lord will never stop loving us, but we must do our best to please him.

Without faith, it is impossible for any of us to please the Lord. For the thought the Lord has for us is good and not evil.

Let’s dwell in the love of God concerning our lives.

Remember that worldly life may appear fun, but it leads to destruction.
