Passion City Church shares this sermon by Pastor Louie Giglio titled “The Impossible Prayer” where he says that he is going to start with possible, but at the end of the day he is going to surrender in confidence to the sovereign will of God. In this sermon, he highlighted the power of shifting our mindset and prayers toward possibility. He said that though we may not see a shift happening after we pray, we can believe that something will happen that reflects the power of our Father. Pastor Louie Giglio said we are encouraged to ask for a miracle, believe that God is working, and surrender it into His hands.
He asked that God would plant a seed in all of our hearts, our minds and our souls that He is able. God is able. God can do abundantly immeasurably more than we can ask or think and at the same time we’re living in the tension of this broken world so we say God is able. He’s wanting to get in that tension and lead us in that tension.
