Jesus is our model for manhood, he showed his strength and his vulnerability too. There were times when Jesus wept in the bible and when he slept through the storm.
From the passage, the story of the blind man is used to illustrate the vulnerability a lot of men face. Lack of vision can make you be susceptible to the voices around you. You need a God-given vision so that you do not believe or rely on what people tell you. When you do not have a vision you are vulnerable.
