Shout to the Lord, All the Earth

Shout To The Lord All The Earth: As children of God, it is not a new thing for us to praise the Lord all the time. Most of us were born into a Christian family because our parents gave their lives to Christ.

Being born into a Christian family is not enough for us to make heaven. God wants us to have a personal relationship with him by accepting him willingly.

There are many Christians who are not close to God anymore because they are not being pushed by their parents.

Going to church and praying to God should be something that we do because we love God. Our Heavenly Father cares so much about us, and he can do anything for us.

If he can die for us on the cross because of love, that means that we are special to him. The thought he has for us is good and not evil, to give us a beautiful future.

Worshiping God and listening to his words is for our own benefit, not a favor to God. He is the creator of the universe; he lacks nothing, and we are the ones who benefit from him.

He has made so many promises to us in his Bible that it is left for us to believe them. Many of us think that God gave us his commandment in order to control us, but that’s not true.

His commandment is given to us so that he can guide us through life and make us live better.

When Jesus Christ came, he found out that we were finding it hard to obey most of the commandments. Our savior, Jesus Christ, decided to make the commandment simple for us.

The Commandment of Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ summarized and expanded upon the Old Testament commandments: “His teachings focus on love as the central principle of ethical behavior. Here are the two main commandments given by Jesus:

  1. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind.
    • This commandment is based on Deuteronomy 6:5 and is considered the greatest commandment. Jesus emphasized that loving God with complete devotion and sincerity is the foundation of all other commandments.
  2. Love your neighbor as yourself.
    • This commandment is derived from Leviticus 19:18 and was highlighted by Jesus as the second-greatest commandment. It underscores the importance of loving and caring for others with the same regard and respect that one has for oneself.
  • Love one another as I have loved you.

Tell people about Jesus Christ.

We all may not have the chance to go around the world and tell people about Jesus Christ. Our behaviors should be good enough to influence people into wanting Christ.

The way we behave and think is meant to be different from the world because we are children of God.

How does the devil preach to people? The agents of darkness just influence people into wanting to be like them.
