Stop comparing yourself
Stop comparing yourself: We should stop comparing ourselves to other peoples success or progress as Christians When we do this we just belittle what God has Given us. sometimes its really tempting to do so but we should understand its not a right way to live.
Focusing on other peoples progress and achievements can make us not to see the goodness God has put in our life and worst of all it makes us to be ungrateful of what the lord has blessed us with.
Sometimes we out do ourselves just for people to accept us and make us feel good about ourselves but we should not do that. God has blessed us and decorated us to always be amazing and achieve greater goals.
Reaching for your best self as a Christian it is a matter of discovering. It is just not begging God to give us the ability because he has already gave us this and put in us greatness when we were born. All we have to do is to ask God to help us discover our talent and ability.
Sometimes when we compare ourselves to someone or something, we limit ourselves to that level, that if we achieved that we have it all but it is not true.
What God has given us is beyond our thoughts.
Jeremiah 29:11
“For I know the thoughts I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
You are wonderfully made
Sometimes we are beautiful and unique but we don”t see it. When we compare ourselves to people all the time and that makes us to feel low about ourselves.
We are all created in image of God and after his likeness so none of us is a mistake. The devil can send thoughts into our heads condemning us and telling us bad things about us.
Anytime you hear yourself speaking negatively to yourself cast it away. That’s the plan of the devil because he know that when you’re not secure of yourself you won’t do great things.
God gave us all great and wonderful gifts so that we can do awesome things here on earth. Our heavenly father knows that we are not perfect but he still loves you.
Why should you hate yourself when God loves you? Cast away the devilish thought in head against you.
Speak positively to yourself whenever you hear bad thoughts. You are not a mistake so don’t hate yourself do your best everyday to improve.
Work On Yourself
Sometimes one main reason why we might hate ourselves is because we don’t improve ourselves. Do your best everyday to be better than yesterday.
We are not meant to do it alone God has given us the Holy Spirit. The spirit of God is to teach you everything that you need when you listen to him.
Pray all the time and wait for God’s voice to speak to you. His voice can come in many different ways like signs, Tv and bible.
Living in the Lord will help us to grow and become better.
- Learn that new skills that you have passion for.
- Open that your dream business
- Get your health back
- Develop your character
- Read new books and bible
- Reach out to that needy person
No matter how bad we think our live is there are some people we are still better than. When we live like Jesus Christ by helping other people that will help us to become better.
We must commit our lives in hands of God so that he can take control and make us better.
Remember that you are created perfectly and do your best everyday to improve.
