Tauren Wells Marks Two Years of “Joy in the Morning”
Contemporary gospel singer and Church of Whitestone pastor Tauren Wells marks the second anniversary of his hit song “Joy in the Morning.”
Taking to social media, he expressed gratitude for the song’s continued success and its impact on listeners.
“Joy in the Morning” released in June 2022, has become a global phenomenon, surpassing an impressive 112 million streams across various platforms. The song’s official music video and related content on YouTube have also garnered a staggering 26 million streams.
In addition to his impressive record, Tauren Wells also expressed his appreciation for the countless comments and messages he’s received from fans. He concluded by writing, “So grateful for this song and that it continues to minister the message that God is not done.”
The anniversary follows the release of new versions of his popular song, “Take It All Back.” In May 2024, he released several new versions of the originally released 2022 song. The remix collections include the electrifying “Version” and a cleaner “Single Version.” It also contains an instrumental version for those who want to focus on the melody and a bonus “Instrumental Version” that presumably packs the same punch as its vocal counterpart.
