It was announced also that instead of sending flowers, concerned individuals who wish to support the family, do so by donating to a trust fund set up for the couple’s children.

“In lieu of flowers, Pastor Tim Rogers and the family request that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to his children’s trust fund via Cashapp: $rogerskidstrustfund. Thank you so much for all of your support, thoughts, and prayers during this incredibly hard time,” the band stated.

Shireta’s death was announced by Tim’s band six days after the band publicly solicited prayers on her behalf. “Peace & Blessings to All! Asking for your prayers for First Lady Shireta Rogers. We love you & appreciate your prayers!!!” the band noted.

Erik Melissa Gardner, a digital creator who also requested prayers for Shireta before her death noted “No explanation needed.”

“When I tell you I don’t get on and ask for prayer much but I need all the prayer warriors connected to me to continuously bombard heaven on behalf of Shireta Weatherspoon Rogers, Pastor Tim, their children, and their families. No explanation needed just pray, pray, pray,” Gardner wrote.

Tim Rogers became famous in 2018 following his declaration of Hell as a “fairytale.”
