God has a problem with undecided Christians. These are Christians who only stand with God when things are going on well. These are part time Christians who want to identify with blessings but not trouble They want the benefit of heaven but not the trouble that heaven brings on earth.
As Christians, we profess to be faithful to Jesus Christ. We do so in song and in speech every Sunday when we go to church. But when life comes at us hard and challenges our professed beliefs, Tony Evans says we begin to see whose faithfulness is genuine.
We should endeavor to pick a stand and stand firm on our faith. We should not be for God when all is well but stand with him even when all seem dark and gloomy. Our faith should on the fact of his goodness and his sovereignty.
