Tony Evans Sermons – Idol (Greed)

Tony Evans Sermons Idol (Greed)

The Oak Hills Bible Fellowship, Dallas, Texas shares this new sermon by Pastor Tony Evans titled “Idol (Greed)”. This sermon is taken from the book of Luke 12. Pastor Tony defined Greed as the illegitimate and unauthorized desire, pursuit, or acquisition of material gain. Greed is catastrophic and identified as an idol because it is loved and served. Money seeks to become a master and it emanates through greed. Greed can show in different forms;  when we complain instead of giving thanks, when our finances are going up and our spiritual life is going down.

Pastor tells us that while we build our finances we should also build our spiritual life. We should not be so sucked in that we forget God, otherwise, we find ourselves in a very damaging scenario.

Watch and learn from one of the sermons by Pastor Tony Evans on “Idol (Greed)” as we bring the latest sermons from pastors around the world to you daily.
