Born Victoria Iloff on March 28, 1961, in Huntsville, Alabama, she has become widely known for her contributions to the Christian ministry alongside her husband, Joel Osteen. Victoria grew up in a Christian household and attended the University of Houston, where she studied psychology. During her college years, she met Joel Osteen, who would later become her husband.
