Pastor Michael Todd of Transformation Church went on a weight loss journey and the pictures are cool. The husband of Natalie Todd and father of Bella, MJ, Ava and Gia is a New York Times Best Selling Author. Posting the pictures on Instagram, the preacher of the sermon “Cuffed To Cake” wrote:
“72 Days ago…I hit a Plateau after losing 50lb…(2nd pic-May 10, 2022)
I made a decision after preaching Cuffed 2 Cake at @wearetransformation that I was gonna cut wheat🍞🥖🥪🥯 and sweets 🍭🍩🍰🍦out of my diet for 6weeks and commit to working out 5 days a week…No Excuses!
It was one of the hardest things I have ever done mentally, physically, and spiritually… but ITS DONE!
What you think is your limit is not your limit…your current limit just needs some pressure!
