Welcome, Holy Spirit
Welcome, Holy Spirit As Christians, we all know that God gave us the Holy Spirit when Jesus Christ left the earth. Jesus Christ made a promise to us that we would never be alone, so he asked his father to give us his spirit.
There is a lot we cannot do on our own, but with the help of God, we are overcomers. The spirit of God is given to us so that he can guide us through everything, like decisions and improving us.
When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and personal savior, the Holy Spirit will dwell in us. From this moment on, we are now new creatures, and we can see God bring about changes in our lives.
Our heavenly father wants us to spend the rest of our lives in heaven with him. The spirit of God (the Holy Spirit) will constantly work on us so that we can be like Jesus Christ in character.
All our sinful natures will be taken away little by little until we are good. It doesn’t matter if we are perfect or not; God wants us to return to him with all our hearts.
Jesus Christ came to die for our sins so that we could come back to our creator and experience a God-filled life.
Sin separates us from God.
We all know that it is written in the Bible that we are loved by God, but sin is what separates us from him. The enemy is so creative that he made sins look and feel great, but once you get involved, he will destroy us.
The Bible states that the devil came to steal and destroy us, but many of us still decide to follow him. The path of sin might feel great and full of enjoyment, but it leads to hell.
God does not desire for any of us to perish in hell because he loves us and we are his children. The enemy is really working hard every day to make sure that we are all in hell with him.
Sin is not fun because later you will regret getting involved in all the bad actions and choices.
- Getting involved in drug addictions
- Watching pornography,
- skipping classes,
- Cheating
- Lying
- Jealousy
- Pride
- Hatred
- Adultery
- Fornication
- Drunkenness and so on
All these sins are there to make sure that we are all sent to hell on the last day, so be careful. Godly living is more peaceful, and there is nothing you will regret in the future.
The world is trying to make godly living appear boring, but it is not. It might look or sound difficult, but with God, we can do it.
- Reading your Bible and motivational
- Being kind and loving to the people around you
- Be more understanding.
- Attending classes and doing your best
- Do some charity work.
- Share with the less privileged.
- Spread the word of God.
- Not complaining, but praying instead.
- Be honest
- Join a Christian group, and so on.
There is nothing boring about living right and living godly because, at the end, we’ll make it to heaven. Everything we do here on earth should reflect God because we are his children.
We don’t have the privilege of behaving like the rest of the world, for we were selected by our heavenly father. If we obey the commandment and live right, we’ll have peace of mind and also make it to heaven.
