Why are you stressed?

Why are you stressed? Currently, everyone is stressed out over one thing in their personal life. The truth is that life is not going to get easy if we continue stressing ourselves.

Personal problems are never-ending because that’s how life is, so get strong. Troubles are sometimes allowed in our lives by God so that we can grow and become better.

  • Addictions
  • Debts
  • Health Crisis
  • Broken relationships
  • bereavement.
  • Troubled kids
  • Bad working environment

If you want a stress-free life, just surrender your life to Jesus Christ, because when you accept him, things will change.

Our heavenly father is the only person who can help us in times of trouble, so we must trust him. Most times, we are worried about things that the Lord has taken care of.

No matter what you are going through, there is hope in our Christ Jesus because he loves us. We are told in the Bible to cast all our burdens on God, for he will give us rest.

Psalm 55:22 “Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee; he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.”.

The Lord knows about all our troubles, but he wants us to come to him boldly in prayer.

Is your prayer bold?

Jesus Christ told us in the Bible that none of us can add an hour to our lives by worrying. Matthew 6:27 “Can any one of you, by worrying, add a single hour to your life?

As children of God, we are not to worry about tomorrow, for the Lord has taken care of it. Bad things may happen, but the Lord will pull us through because he’s powerful.

Matthew 6:25-34

25 “Therefore, I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?
26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow, reap, or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they are?
27 Can any one of you, by worrying, add a single hour to your life?

“And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers in the field grow. They do not labor or spin.
29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon, in all his splendor, was dressed like one of these.
30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?

When you are in need of anything, pray to your heavenly father and have faith. Our faith is really important; if we don’t believe that our prayers are answered, we won’t see results.

Most of us are praying weak prayers because we have doubt in our hearts. God is able to do great and wonderful things in our lives, but we are doubtful.
