We live in a time of oppression. We are oppressed socially, politically, economically, in our homes etc. oppression is a part of the enemy’s plan and a tool to keep you down. The enemy does not want you to be free, he wants to trap and control you. That is why if you are not in Christ then you give him the liberty to mess up with your life.
Since we are in Christ, we cannot be under the control of the enemy because Christ has freed us. God is a God of redemption and he is ever ready to redeem when we call on him.
