How God Shows His Love for Us: God’s love is unconditional for us, and we have to receive it through our faith.
Do you understand that God is a loving God? How do you view His love in your life?
We have to make a list every day about God’s love for us. We should not allow the devil to make us feel that God doesn’t love us.
We should not allow life challenges to make us question God’s love for us.
God has loved humanity since the beginning of time. God guaranteed His love to every generation, even after sin entered the world. He pledged never to abandon us and to assist us.
God’s ultimate act of love f or us was sending Jesus to die on the cross for our sins and then resurrecting Him three days later.
God meets our innermost needs and heartfelt longings. There is nothing we could ever accomplish to deserve or prevent Him from loving us.
- Love God: We know we should love God, but how can we do it? This is what Jesus says: “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit to guide us through life and depend on God.
- Love Yourself: Loving yourself means taking care of your body through healthy behaviors and acknowledging that God made you unique. You are fearfully and wonderfully created. Above all, loving oneself means getting closer to God.
- Love Others: Jesus wants us to love one another and even our enemies.
“A new commandment I give to you is that you love one another; just as I have loved you, you are to love one another,” Jesus adds.
If you have love for one another, everyone will know you are my disciples.”
