How To Give Cheerfully

How To Give Cheerfully:As Christians, we know that God wants us to help one another in any way we can. Most of us find it hard to give or help. God is pleased when we give cheerfully, because when we give, we get blessed.

No matter what challenges we are facing, we will be better than someone else. We should develop it as a habit to think of others when we are thinking of ourselves.

With everything that is going on today, the devil wants us to be distracted and selfish. Being a cheerful giver does not mean that we must give money; we can give our time too.

Caring for other people makes God happy because we are setting a good example. God’s grace abounds to us in every good deed of giving.

Paul used Jesus as an example of a cheerful giver. “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich” (2 Cor. 8:9).

Most of the time, we are afraid of giving because we don’t want to lack in the future. We have to know that God will always provide for us. Paul tells us that God is the one who supplies bread for food. He knows our daily needs. He will provide for us to have enough for our own needs and still have something to share with others. We should not fear the future. God’s grace abounds to provide for us.

Conclusion: This season, as Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming, we should try our best to give and share with other people.
