Jamie was born in Brownsville, Texas in the year 1978. She also stayed in Missouri before she moved to go to Nashville. If there is one thing that Jamie is known it is that she is loving and compassionate and one of her greatest passion in life is helping the less privileged and inspiring people to give back to their communities.

Before anything else, Jamie was a Disc Jockey (DJ) in Austin Texas. It was her love for the mic and audio that led her to starting her own podcast, The Happy Hour. On the podcast, Jaime aims at connecting women and encouraging them through the various challenges in life. During her younger days, she competed in tracks and fields event at the Junior Olympics.
In addition she also hosts the Jaime Ivey Show where on her YouTube Channel, where she encourages Christians to live their life according to biblical teachings and principles.
