Hope City Church former pastor Jeremy Foster has taken to social media to celebrate his mother’s birthday and express his immense gratitude for her love and support.
In the poignant message shared on His Instagram page along with a stunning photo of him and his mother, Foster painted a beautiful picture of the mother-child bond. He described his mother as more than just a parent, but also a confidante, cheerleader, guiding light, and prayer warrior.
He went on to acknowledge the countless ways his mother has impacted his life. In his message, Foster expressed profound gratitude for his mother’s sacrifices and guidance, specifically mentioning learning the importance of trusting in God and the power of resilience.
“Looking back, I realize I owe you more than words can express,” the message reads. You weren’t just present during my childhood; you were a constant source of love, support, and encouragement. When I stumbled and fell, you were there to pick me up, dust me off, and speak words of resilience to me. You taught me the power of trusting God, even when things seemed bleak.”
He disclosed also the spiritual influence his mother has had, sharing a cherished Bible verse instilled in him – Proverbs 3:5-6.
