John Bevere urges Christians to support their pastors: John Bevere, a minister, best-selling author, and co-founder of Messenger International, which seeks to support local churches, has called on all Christians to support their leaders by praying and honoring them and also sharing with them his new book, “Healthy Pastor Course.”
At the end of October, which was tagged “pastors appreciation month,” Bevere took to Instagram to encourage believers “to continue moving forward in a posture of prayer and honor” for their leaders.
He went on to express his concern over the little support pastors receive despite their selfless services.
However, in an effort to provide these pastors with the much-needed courage, Bevere noted that he, in collaboration with Pastor Jacob Baranza, the senior pastor of Our Savior Church, and Matt Hagge, the lead pastor of Hagee Ministries, has created a “Healthy Pastor Course.” The free book is designed to “help pastors finish healthy and strong.”
‘As we wrap up #PastorAppreciationMonth, I want to encourage everyone to continue moving forward in a posture of prayer and honor for our leaders,” Bevere said in an October 31 statement shared on his Instagram.
“Being a pastor can be as challenging as it is rewarding. As they selflessly serve our churches and communities, it can be difficult to find the support they need from someone who understands what they are going through.”
“This is why I along with Pastors @pastorjacobaranza and @matthagee have created the Healthy Pastor Course, a FREE resource designed to help our pastors remain healthy and finish strong,” he added.
