The Kingdom City Church, Charlotte (KCC) is a national ministry founded on September 2016 by Senior Pastor Brian Carn. Pastor Brian founded the ministry with the assistance of some former Associate Senior Pastors of the church. The church’s first service in Jacksonville, Florida was on Monday, September 5, 2016. KCC is currently located in Charlotte, North Carolina; Jacksonville, Florida, Houston, Texas.
As the church progressed, KCC acquired a beautiful church building in St. Mary’s, Georgia on December 2016. By 2017, Prophet Carn decided to merge KCC Jacksonville and KCC St. Mary’s together. Again, In March 20, 2019 another campus of the KCC was launched in Houston, TX.
Beliefs
At KCC, they believe that every visitor is a member of the family. The greeting at KCC is “More Grace!”.
Their Mission is stated simply to: Know God, Activate People, and Change Cities.
Tribes/Ministries
The ministry auxiliaries of KCC are comprised of 12 Ministries, which are referred to as “Tribes” (based on the 12 Tribes of Israel).
- Tribe of Asher: Maintenance Ministry responsible for the cleanliness of the church building.
- Tribe of Benjamin: The Greeters who welcome you to KCC with “More Grace” .
- Tribe of Dan: The Intercessors of KCC who pray and intercede for the ministry around the clock.
- Tribe of Gad: The Music & Fine Arts Ministry, including minstrels and worship leaders
- Tribe of Issachar: The Ushers of KCC who assist and accommodate you during worship services.
- Tribe of Joseph: The Children’s Ministry is dedicated to teaching the youth & young adults the ways of the Lord
- Tribe of Judah: The Pastor’s Aid Ministry who assist the pastoral leaders & guest ministers of the Gospel
- Tribe of Levi: Altar Workers Ministry who assist the pastoral leaders during ministry demonstration
- Tribe of Naphtali: The Media Ministry. They are responsible for the media production of KCC, including audio, visual & products
- Tribe of Reuben: Security & Parking Lot Team
- Tribe of Simeon: Evangelism & Outreach Ministry
- Tribe of Zebulun: Hospitality Ministry
