In the times of despair, anxiety and distress we should learn to respond with faith and not fear. When things hit us what we should do first is to go to God in prayer. To believe that God is alive and ever active and he wants to keep us strong. we may be feeling overwhelmed but we are not give in. What we should do is to do what King Jehoshaphat did; Turn To God in Prayer.
The battle is not ours but God’s. God is in charge of all battles and our only role is to stand before God. We are to seek him out with faith. Let us go with prayer and worship like the people of Israel did in the scripture. We are not to give in to fear because now is the time for faith. Let everybody else be troubled and anxious and fearful. We are going to open our eyes and stand in prayer.
God is going to take care of every situation, that is what he has always does.
