In life, one thing that we cannot avoid in life is the storm. The storm can make or break you but all these is dependent on your perspective.
In the scripture we see Paul in the first Hurricane in the bible and an angel comes to tell him that everyone will be spared. They got a word from God that they will be safe but the storm continued. What continues when the storm won’t end? What happens when you can see the finish line but you get hit by another storm?
One thing we should bear in mind that God does not cause storms in our life but he uses them for his purpose. Every time there is a storm there is a purpose that God is trying to use for our Good. God will not let a storm pass until he has done what he wants to do. You can accelerate the speed of your storm by walking with God.
Pastor Stephen tell us in this message that To reach your breakthrough, you must allow God to break something in you. To break those things that are separating you from the purpose and promise ahead.
One thing God does with the storm is brokenness and that is what God wants for our lives. However, God’s brokenness is that we get get over self-reliance and self sufficiency.
