Inner stillness is the key to outer strength. How we approach thing and challenges that we face in life. Life can be frantic, hectic and chaotic but we should not allow it get into our soul. The consequence is that it will cost us our joy, peace, perspective etc.
It may be difficult to be still on the inside but you have to be still and know that God is standing for you. Learn to put your trust in God. Being still will not stop the chaos but it will make it not to rule our lives.
