He is the former lead pastor of i5 City Church just outside of Baltimore, Maryland, before the merger with Destiny Harvest Church. Pastor Rollins is a revelatory preacher, visionary leader, and generous pastor. Today, Rollins and his wife are the apostolic pastors of Union Church, Maryland.
Biography
Pastor Jimmy was born in 1974 in America. The preacher was raised in a Christian Background. He is the son of Bishop James Rollins. Bishop James Rollins was the founder of Living Waters Worship Center in 1994. Jimmy Rollin’s father made history as the first African-American to attend Arundel High School in 1960s. Bishop Rollins was drafted into the American Army in 1967 and he fought in the Vietnam war.
Pastor Jimmy’s mother, Valerie Rollin was also an Apostle. She and her husband, Bishop Jimmy launched the Living Waters Worship Center in 1994

Pastor Jimmy Rollins is married to Irene Rollins. God blessed their union. Together, they have three wonderful “almost grown” kids, Kayla, Jaden, Maya with three bulldogs named Diesel, Bentley, and Gucci, who are the house’s true babies.
After leading i5 city church for 10 years, they stepped into a new chapter and followed the apostolic call on their life. Pastor Jimmy and Irene Rollins lead the Union Network, supporting hundreds of Pastors, churches, and leaders across the nation.
The couple are determined to build a generation of world changers who are commissioned to impact the community and the world. Their commitment to marriages, building healthy leaders, redefining church and the next generation are evident in everything they do.
Ministry
Jimmy Rollins and his wife are the Apostolic pastors of Union Church. Before now, they previously led the i5 City Church. The Church was first launched in 1994 by his father, Bishop James Rollins as ‘Living Waters Worship Center’.
In 2012, Bishop Rollins handed over ‘Living Waters Worship Center’ to his son, Jimmy. Jimmy Rollins changed the name of the church to i5 City Church.
Pastors Stephen Chandler of Destiny Harvest Church and Jimmy embarked on a new mission in 2020 that would bring two vibrant congregations together. This was following months of prayer and direction from overseers and elders.
The merger of Destiny Church and i5 City Church, formed the Union Church on April 4th, 2021. Both parties established Union Church on Psalm 133:1.
Jimmy and his wife, Irene are the leaders of Union Network. Also, they are the founders of Two Equals One. TWO=ONE is a community that helps couple discover the equation for a marriage filled with love, laughter, and longevity.
In addition, he also serves as an overseer for a variety of churches throughout the country. Also in his position as a strategic partner of the Association of Related Churches (ARC), he has had many opportunities to teach countless churches and church leadership teams all over the world.
