Prepare to Receive From God: Many of us are only comfortable with praying without faith. When we pray to the Lord, let us be ready to receive from him, which requires our faith.
God is powerful enough to turn our situations around, but most of us are doubtful. In our journey through life, we must make sure that our faith in the Lord is strong.
Some people want blessings, grace, or divine favor in many areas of their lives. Faith is our currency for receiving from God, so let’s not allow fear to fill our minds.
Our heavenly father uses faith to bring great things into our lives, but the devil uses fear to destroy us. 2 Timothy 1:7 says, “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power, love, and self-control.”.
The attitude that we have in any situation determines what the outcome will look like. The Bible instructs us to give thanks to God in all situations because thanksgiving can move God.
Acknowledging the good work of God in our lives is really important. As children of God, let’s make it our habit to be grateful all the time.
We might not be in the best mood at the moment, but don’t give in to complaining. Complaining cannot change anything in bad situations, but thanksgiving to God can.
Position Yourself
For us to receive opportunities in life, we must learn how to position ourselves for them. One of the things in life that can determine our success or failure is our attitude and mindset.
Some people currently make small problems appear big because of their attitude. We cannot control how we are treated by other people or things that happen in our lives, but we can control our attitude.
When you find yourself in a situation that doesn’t make sense, you can give it to God. Our Heavenly Father is always listening to our prayers, and he’s powerful enough to change our situations.
Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Our future really depends on God, and only he has great intentions for us. There are going to be moments in our lives when we have lost all hope or when nothing makes sense to us.
Holding onto God in our lives can help us navigate through everything. Life is mostly a matter of expectation because what we expect, we receive.
Let’s make sure to have a positive attitude and the right mindset so that God can bless us.
Lean to the Holy Spirit
We all know about having the right attitude and mindset, but many of us struggle with it. Some of us have faced situations in our lives that have caused us to lose our ability to be positive.
Holding onto our past experiences causes us not to dream big. We must let go of everything that doesn’t serve us as Christians.
No matter what you have faced in the past, just know that God is still in control. If you are still alive today, it means that our heavenly father is not done with you yet because he will bless you.
For us to have the right mindset and attitude, we must learn to walk with the Holy Spirit. When Jesus Christ was leaving the earth, he knew that we still needed help, so he asked his father to send us a guardian.
When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and personal savior, it means that our old self is dead. The Holy Spirit will come and live inside of us so that he can guard us through everything.
He will work inside of us so that we can behave right, but we must be willing to let him work. The spirit of God will improve us every single day so that we can make it to heaven and please God.
If you are having difficulty having the right attitude in a bad situation, learn to lean on the Holy Spirit. We must learn how to call upon him in times of trouble and also listen to his advice.
