In 2005, Morgan signed with Rocketown Records and released his debut album, featuring cover versions of Hillsong songs. He became Hillsong’s new worship pastor in 2008, succeeding Darlene Zschech. Morgan led Hillsong’s 2010 tour in the US.
Morgan has toured extensively, including a 2007 European tour. His 2006 album, Everyone, features his interpretation of Hillsong songs and was released in Australia, excluding congregational elements found in Hillsong Live albums.
