In this message, Pastor Robert focusing on 2nd Corinthians 4:3-7. He addressed how we are mere clay vessel and what we contain is way larger than the box that contains it. We need to focus on the eternal within us, and not what’s wasting away on the outside.
Pastor Robert aim in this message is to let us know that sometimes, inside the box is actually bigger than what is outside the box. What is inside of you is way larger than the box that contains it. The scripture in 2 Corinthians 4 tell us how we should treat these container/vessel because of what we carry inside. The preciousness of a vessel is because of what it carries inside. The outside may look unattractive but what we carry inside is greater.
The message is that we fix our eyes on what is unseen because what is seen is temporal. He tells us that one thing creative people is that they look at the box instead of the inside. People focus on the look and not on true creativity. True creativity is thinking inside the box.
What does it mean to think inside box and how do we do that? Thinking inside the box does not make the vessel unimportant. God has chosen the most imperfect vessel to carry his creativity. God picks imperfect people to carry his presence.
