Robert Morris Solicits Support for The Kings University
Pastor Robert Morris, the Gateway Church founder and Chancellor of The Kings University in Southlake, Texas, calls on supporters to help them reach a fundraising goal of $375,000 by June 30th.
According to the announcement on Morris’s social media post, the fundraising will be used to provide opportunities to serve students better. These resources will directly benefit students, enhancing their ability to serve locally and internationally.
“As we round out our fiscal year here at The King’s, we are looking to harvest $375,000 by June 30, to provide greater opportunity to better serve our students, locally and globally,” the announcement read.
Morris credited God’s work for the incredible developments on campus. He also expressed his passion for their mission: “to equip men and women to become Christ-like, Spirit-empowered, transformational leaders for the global church.”
He further emphasizes the role of faith in shaping its curriculum, aiming to develop students who are not only academically strong but also grounded in their Christian values.
This focus on spiritual growth, coupled with a commitment to preparing students for impactful leadership positions, positions the university as a unique institution.
