The bible is full of the story of freedom. The first and most popular is the freedom of the children of Israel from Egypt. The theme of the bible is freedom because God is a redeemer. When man erred, God set in motion a way to redeem us and he sent his son Jesus. Jesus came to free us from whatever it is that has held us captive.
Some of the things Jesus wants to set people free from and number one is wrong thinking. Wrong thinking has led to a number of things and the consequences causes damage to us. It sets you up for disaster.
Another thing that Jesus wants to set you free from is small thinking. Always thinking that you are not enough and never good enough. Stop viewing yourself as tiny and significant cause you are useful in God’s hand. Small thinking will hold you back but freedom from it will open a world of possibility.
Generational constraints is another thing Jesus will set us free from. It may be words or actions that have gone before you that is holding you back. Change your thinking and see that there is a chance of freedom.
You can pioneer a new way and not live the consequences of the actions of your ancestors. Addictions too can be taken care of by Christ.
