Texas Church Announce ‘Record-breaking Number of Baptisms’

At the end of its third consecutive year, Champion Forest Church in Texas announced a record-breaking number” of 755 baptisms.

After marking the close of the church’s year on September 30, the church’s lead Pastor Jarrett Stephen took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to announce the incredible number of souls who publicly declared their faith in Christ in the past three years.

He also shared a video clip recapping some of the amazing baptisms and faith moments that unfolded at the church over the past year.

“CF Family, as we close out another incredible church year (October 1–September 30), we can’t help but stand in awe of what God has done in our community. For the third year in a row, we’ve seen a record-breaking number of baptisms—755 souls publicly declaring their faith in Christ!,” Sunday X post read.

The pastor emphasized that “these aren’t just numbers; they are lives forever changed, families transformed, and testimonies of God’s relentless grace.”

He went on to express gratitude to all who have been part of the church’s journey as well as for the various contributions offered towards the church’s achievement.

“We want to extend our deepest thanks to every single person who has been a part of this amazing journey. Your prayers, your service, and your love for others have all contributed to the unfolding of this divine narrative.”

Pastor Stephen continued by saying that “each of these images offer glimpse of the joy and spiritual renewal that has swept through Champion Forest this year.” He prayed that “these moments not only serve as a reflection of the past but also fuel” the church’s “passion for the year ahead.”
