Prophet Uebert Angel, the founder of Spirit Embassy, also known as Good News Church, has appointed his son, Uebert Angel Junior, to lead the church branches in Dubai and Qatar.
Uebert Junior’s appointment, which became effective as of when announced, was disclosed in a Zimbabwe Live TV video shared Tuesday on Uebert Junior’s Instagram page.
“So with effect from this moment Uebert Junior is now the leader of the UAE, meaning Qatar as well and Dubai,” Uebert Angel announced in the video.
Uebert Junior whose appointment comes at the conclusion of his 31 days of fasting says he is grateful and humbled by the honor. He also expressed his utmost reverence and gratitude to his father for his ordination.
“I am deeply grateful and humbled by this new ordination, my joy exceeding the limits of mere words found in the dictionary. My utmost reverence & gratitude to my mentor & life guide, Prophet Angel; I am determined to live up to the honor bestowed upon me,” he wrote in the video caption.
“Today concludes my 31 days of fasting, and to my amazement, God bestowed a blessing upon me & for me on the last day, today. When God says YES, no one can say NO. To Dubai and Qatar, I eagerly anticipate our forthcoming meetings,” he added.
Uebert Junior will assume the new leadership role in addition to his current role as the leader of Spirit Embassy London.
The 19-year-old first son of Uebert and Beverly Angel was appointed on the second day of the church’s Global Mission Week. The event, which commenced Monday, sought to offer participants the opportunity to serve others around the world in the comfort of their homes.
“Giving this week not only allows us to express gratitude for the blessings we have received but also serves as a reminder of the importance of generosity, compassion, and selflessness in our everyday lives,” Beverly Angel said on Monday while announcing the event.
