Waiting on God

Waiting on God: There are moments in our lives when we are going to wait on God. In order for us to wait perfectly on God, we all need patience because God’s timetable is different from ours.

Everything in our lives will not happen the moment we want it to. In the waiting season of our lives, we are expected to grow and become better.

What Is the Waiting Season?

There are moments in our lives when we are accepting God’s favor in our lives. It can be the hardest and very long, so there might be doubts in our hearts or minds.

There will be temptations that will come our way when we are waiting on God. Our heavenly father knows what’s best for us, so we must know that any moment we pray, he listens.

Prayer is our way of communicating with our Lord God all the time. When we pray and do not get an answer, let us learn to have patience with the Lord.

God so loved the world that he gave his only son to die for us, so we must know that we are special to him. God makes us more like himself and teaches us patience through waiting seasons.

All we can do is entrust Christ with everything we have and are, because after everything, only he can change our situations.

Have the right attitude.

Waiting on God pt2

The attitude we have while waiting on God is really important because the wrong attitude can cause us to lose everything. Having the right attitude is not something we all have automatically, but something we work on.

A bad attitude can make little problems huge and unsolvable. When we have the right attitude, like being positive, there is nothing here that we can’t achieve.

When we wake up every day, we must make sure that we are intentional about our behaviors. As Christians, we are not expected to behave however we like, even when we are angry. We should control our emotions.

The only way for us to control our emotions all the time is through the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ really understood that we needed help in our lives, so he asked his father to give us the Holy Spirit.

We must accept Jesus as our Lord and personal savior, and then his spirit will live inside of us. When we live for Christ, that will help us understand more about waiting on him.

Who is the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. This indicates that the Holy Spirit is God, equal to God the Father and God the Son, and of the same essence. God, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit have separate personal relationships.

The spirit of God is given to us to guide us through everything that we are going through. Our heavenly father knows that we are not perfect, so the Holy Spirit was given to us for us to grow and learn.

Having patience is one of the fruits of the spirit, so when we have the spirit, that will help us bear the fruits. God knows better than us all the time, so when there is a delay in our answer, he knows the reason.

There is nothing in our lives that God is not interested in knowing and being involved in. He made a promise to us that he would never leave us or forsake us in times of trouble.
