Archbishop Duncan tells us that why we are not hearing the voice of God is that we are too much in the flesh. we try to make sense of everything and there is no way we can hear God that way. We have to be in the spirit to hear God. The only way we can operate the gifts of the spirit is if we operate in the spirit.
The word of knowledge is a spiritual gift and God gives it according to His will. It is God giving us the understanding of certain that has to do with our past and in the now.
