Bishop TD Jakes’ Word For The Holy Week
In observance of Good Friday, let’s remember Jesus, in His human moment. “If this suffering pass me, not my will but YOUR will be done” (Luke 22:42). The crushing isn’t ideal, but it’s necessary.
We don’t have to journey alone! God is omnipresent amidst our afflictions. Trust in the Lord’s unwavering promises to see you through!
Talking about his new book “Crushing” , Jakes wrote: “This book is more than a mantra; it’s a roadmap. A roadmap to where you’re going next. Your marriage may have crushed you. Your circumstances may have crushed you. Life may have crushed you, but guess what? You’re still here! God has an extraordinary plan for your life. Trust in Him and lean on Him during your crushing moments, so that He can guide you through. (Proverbs 3:5-6)”
