HungryGen Youth ‘Unashamed Tour’ Ignites Spiritual Spark in Thousands
A wave of revival is washing over schools across the nation, fueled by the passionate efforts of young people affiliated with Hungry Generation Youth, a youth ministry arm of Hungry Generation Church led by Pastor Vladimir Savchuk.
Pastor Zac Parkhotyuk, the HungryGen Youth leader, recently shared a powerful testament to the impact of their ongoing “Unashamed Tour.”
In an emotional post, Pastor Parkhotyuk recounted the staggering results of the tour. Over 1500 students were exposed to the gospel’s message, and a staggering 153 made the life-changing decision to accept Jesus. These numbers represent not only a spiritual awakening but a testament to the immense potential young people hold within them.
“Still in awe with what God did,” Parkhotyuk wrote, his words echoing the profound impact of the tour. He overflows with pride for the young people who are stepping up to lead their schools to Christ.
Parkhotyuk emphasizes the crucial role of empowering young people in ministry. “This isn’t possible without young people stepping up,” he declares. “In youth ministry, you have to let youth do the ministry as well.”
This philosophy positions schools as a prime platform for students to live out their faith and purpose. Parkhotyuk champions this approach, stating, “Schools are the greatest platform for students to live out their purpose.”
His unwavering belief in the potential of young people shines through in his closing statement: “If I’m going to be a fool for believing in young people, I’d rather believe in them too early than too late.”
