If God does not govern the sinful action, then Jesus will not be crucified and there will be no gospel.
“There is no gospel, there is no salvation, if God cannot, in perfect holiness, govern the acts of sinful men in bringing his Son to the cross.”
Every sinful act has been orchestrated so that the purpose and plan of God will be carried out. The gospel of salvation was accomplished through the acts of sinful. However, he tells us that Random evil does not save anybody.
