He tells us that a lot of us do not believe in Jesus and that is the root of most of our problems. Let us quit trying to be religious because it will not transform our souls. If you want God to work for you then you have to believe in the one who will work the change. That is why the holy spirit is here because he helps us to believe more.
The holy spirit will help us grow from glory to glory and break the cycle of Inspiration, condemnation and re-dedication.
