When we are burdened with fear, we may believe that the intrusive thoughts that enter our minds make sense, are going to manifest in our life, or may even be harmful to us in some way. Certain things can cause us to be afraid, and the negative thoughts that come with overthinking make our fear deepen. We have no other option than to turn to God in prayer during these trying times because He created the entire world and is capable of solving all of our issues. Prayer can destroy fear so let us ask God to grant us divine protection, bravery, wisdom, and tranquility so we can break free from the grip of fear and accept the love he has for us. To banish fear from your life, say the following prayer:
Prayer To Destroy Fear
Almighty God,
I am here today, weighed down by the burden of fear. I know fear is not from You, and I beg You to assist me in destroying it. Please give me the strength to overcome my fears. Grant me courage to face the unknown and the knowledge to discern the truth from the lies that fear tells me. God, I know that my fear is nothing compared to Your grace and power, and I know that You will guide me in achieving victory over fear.
I pray for Your protection over my mind, heart, and soul, that no weapon formed against me shall prosper. I announce that I am loved, appreciated, and capable of doing fantastic things, and I reject every negative thought that fear has sown in my mind. Please fill my heart with Your serenity so I can have the confidence to move forward step by step. May Your love be the direction that leads me on this journey, and may Your heavenly light shine in the darkness for me.
Ask For Grace
May Your grace empower me to let go of all my fears and embrace new possibilities. I am a conqueror, and with Your help, I will rise above every obstacle that comes my way. I pray for Your comfort to ease my troubles and for Your healing to touch every part of my being. May Your presence be with me, and may Your Spirit be my guide.
I am grateful for the gift of faith, which enables me to put my trust in You even when I don’t know what lies ahead. This your creature asks for the bravery to venture outside of my comfort zone, to take chances, and to have faith in Your promise to never leave or forsake me.
