Pastor Sarah teaches us in this message about satisfying our longing, and as Christians, we have to be really careful about the kind of longing that we have. We have to know that God’s original demand is, How can I be fruitful and multiply? How can I fill the earth? How can I subdue and have dominion over everything connected to my name? And then, God, if it is within your will for my life, align me with someone who has the same Mission as me. verse 31 and it says that when the Lord saw that Leah was unloved, he opened her womb, but Rachel was barren, so Leah conceived and bore a son, and she called his name Reuben, for she said the Lord has surely looked on my Affliction now, therefore my husband will love me. It says then she conceived again and bore a son and said because the Lord has heard that I am unloved, he has therefore given me this son also, and she called his name Simeon. She conceived again and bore a son, and she said now this time my husband will become attached to me because I have borne him three sons, therefore his name was called Levi. The last scripture says in verse 35, She conceived again and bore a son, and she said now I will praise the Lord, therefore she called his name Judah, then she stopped bearing God, we recognize that when you begin to set us up to produce to walk in our purpose to be affirmed in why you created us, there will be obstacles but opportunity where those obstacles are made clear, where it becomes increasingly evident not just that something is standing in our way but what it is, how we can overcome it, and why we must overcome it for the sake of what you want to do on the earth. We have to know that only God can satisfy our longing, and waiting on him is the best decision we can ever make.
