Christian is the only child of Sheila and her husband Barry, a union formed after the dissolution of her first marriage to Norman Miller in 1992. He has been a source of immense joy for the family, especially for Sheila, who faced incredible fear and heartbreak during his pregnancy.
On Mother’s Day earlier this year, Sheila revealed a personal story of resilience through misdiagnosis. She shared how she had refused to terminate her pregnancy despite the doctor’s recommendation.
“Three months into my pregnancy, I was told that my son was ‘incompatible with life,'” Sheila shared. “My doctor recommended terminating the pregnancy. I told her that was not an option for me, so every couple of weeks, I had to return to the hospital for fetal monitoring.”
