Pastor Sarah Jakes Roberts of ONE (A Potters House Church) has graced our screens with these new pictures. The daughter of Bishop T.D Jakes and Serita Jakes who is married to Pastor Toure Roberts has placed a positive mindset on many women through her Woman Evolve Podcast Series. She is a mother to six children though not all are biological. Sarah Jakes Roberts first got pregnant at the age of 13 and she addresses this as one the major happenings in her life which she has to embrace.
Posting these pictures on Instagram, the sister of Cora Jakes Coleman wrote:

Sarah Jakes Roberts has never stopped talking about her ‘sharp edges’ which helped to mold her into what she is today. On one of such occasions she took to Instagram to write:
“I went through a 10 year depression. A dark cloud hovering over my head then one day everything changed. It didn’t change overnight, but it brought me one step closer to the light. That thought was, “I think there’s more to life than this.”
I didn’t want to just be a girl who had faith that God could heal and restore others while I nursed my own sharp edges. I dared to see what being led by the Holy Spirit could do in my life.
You may have to shake up your world. Admit you need more help. Change your friendship circle. Or let some people down so you can hold yourself up. Whatever it takes for you to live authentically, honestly, and free is worth it.
I’ve been low lately, but this reminded me that there’s still more. I hope it does the same for you.”
