Today, we bring you a message from Pastor Creflo Dollar Ministries titled, “Grace is Provision for Pressure (pt 2)” by Pastor Terrell Jones.
God said that the word is spirit and life, so when you disconnect from the bible, you disconnect from God’s very power and life.
Grace is the unmerited, abounding provision of the unrestrained operation of God’s infinite love, through Jesus Christ, on behalf of man, especially those who depend on him.
Grace is not all about you; it’s about Jesus; it’s not about striving; it’s about resting; it’s not about praying for victory; it’s about praying from victory. The Lord wants to give us provision with grace for next year, and he’s about to equip us today.
Provision is defined as (a) the act or process of providing, (b) the fact or state of being prepared beforehand. (c) a measure taken beforehand to deal with a need or contingency. God wants us to understand that he’s prepared; he knows what’s going to happen before it happens. We can’t catch God off-guard.
Proverbs 8 vs. 22–24 “The Lord formed me from the beginning, before he created anything else; I was appointed in ages past, at the very beginning, before the earth began; I was born before the oceans were created; I was born before the strings bubbled forth waters.” This was talking about Jesus Christ. Jesus has always been the provision of God.
God saved us and called us to live a holy life not because we deserved it but because that was his plan from the beginning of time to show us grace through Christ Jesus. God is always prepared, and Jesus was always the plan.
We were always supposed to live through him; in Jesus Christ, we are able to do anything that we want to.
