Billye Brim is an award winning American author, preacher and bible teacher. She is also the founder of Billye Brim Ministries, which is dedicated to spreading the message of faith and the power of prayer to people around the world.
Biography
Brim was born in the United States in 1938. Her father was a minister, and she grew up in a Christian environment. She attended a Christian institution and earned a degree in English. She has always felt called to God’s ministry since she was a child. Yet, it wasn’t until a 1967 encounter with the Holy Spirit that she, as a young wife and mother of four, began to follow Him in order to fulfill her calling.
Billye Brim started off as a journalist. She worked as the Editor of Publications for Kenneth E. Hagin Ministries for nearly ten years, and she also taught at Rhema Bible Training Center. She published numerous articles on the Bible as well as novels.

Family Life
Billye married Kent Brim, and the couple had a lovely relationship till Kent died in 1986. The marriage produced four (4) children, all of whom labor in the ministry alongside their mother.
Billye is now a proud grandmother. Hannah, her granddaughter, is also in the ministry.
Ministry
She relocated to Soviet Russia shortly after her ordination in 1980, where she continued to serve. Also, she has practically ministered around the world countless times since then. Billye later returned to the United States, where she and Kent Lee established a local church in Collinsville, Oklahoma, where they currently reside.
The couple founded Billye Brim Ministries and Prayer Mountain in the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri, and the soon-to-be-built Migdal Arbel Prayer and Study Center in Israel.
When Kent passed away in 1986, Billye was led to “study Hebrew in the Land.” During her time studying at Ulpan Akiva in Israel, she was led to start the Prayer and Study Center in Israel, which many tourists still visit to this day.
Upon her return to the US, she started the “Helping Prayers Initiative,” which saw her host a retreat at Prayer Mountain in the Ozarks. The retreat is sited on 200 acres or more of land, which provides places for individual prayer or small prayer groups. Corporate prayer meetings are held twice a week in the chapel.
Billye Brim is blessed to work with others across the Body of Christ. She strongly believes in living out what Scripture teaches: that we are one body with one head, one spirit, and one Lord.
