Today, we bring you a message from Pastor Creflo Dollar titled, “Understanding the Trials of Faith.” In this message, Pastor Dollar teaches, we believe as Christians that whenever we face a trial in life, such as getting sick or losing a job, it is because we have sinned, and this is incorrect. Do you know how much debt this puts people in?We don’t get to see the glory of God’s grace because there is so much, and some Christians are afraid to share what they are going through because people see it as sin.
Many Christians don’t like to share what they are going through because they are afraid that someone might judge them. The issue is not what you get, but what happens after you get it: you go through a trial and emerge with praise and glory, relying more on God.
We go through trials because God wants us to depend on him more. Even when everything is going fine and when it is not, we should never turn the attention on ourselves and give ourselves the glory, but give it to God.
We have to give God the opportunity to show out in our lives, and when he does, we should give him the glory. No one can boast because God said we are saved by grace and not by works.
The problem with a lot of us is that we’re always praying to God about our “will” and not his “will,” and when we really depend on God, we’re going to move from our will to trusting God and his will. We often pray to God to remove the problem from our lives, but the problem is there for a reason.
We go through things easier when we trust God and let his will be done.
