Pastor Jentezen tells us that we should act like men, meaning that we should not accept our sinful nature that we were born into. We can change only with the help of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We have to accept the Holy Spirit so that he can guide us down the right path in life. Whatever your family’s pattern has been—being an addict, engaging in adultery, or being a drunk fornicator—you must give your life to Christ and become a born-again Christian.
When you get born again by Christ, you get the nature of Christ and can overcome sin and learn to resist temptation. You have to renew your mind and not be conformed to this world. When you become a Christian again, you’ll have the strength to live a life that’s pleasing to God. Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. It’s time for men to act like men and women to act like women. There is a path that appears to men, but it leads to destruction.The Word of God is going to heal your life.
We have to read the Bible and believe God’s word and his promises. We should conform to the way the world lives; we have to live and act like Jesus Christ. As Christians, we are to live lives that are distinct from the rest of the world. We must live according to God’s word so that others can see Jesus through us.
