We bring you another new teaching from Joyce Meyer titled ” Commitment Issues”. In this short clip, Meyer teaches that we need to get over the need to be looking for something all the time that excites us. What we need to do is to just get committed to doing what we know we’re supposed to do, whether we feel like it or we don’t feel like it, whether it’s convenient or it’s inconvenient.
Anything new is exciting but when it’s not new anymore it’s not going to be exciting, for example “you’re excited when you first meet the man you’re gonna marry, you can’t stay married for 52 years on excitement, you got to have faithfulness and commitments.
We have to get committed enough to bear down and give birth to the things that God has put in our hearts.
No matter the amount of true friends we have, we got that one friend that will sticks close to, that will never go away and his name is Jesus Christ.
You don’t begin to know what love is until you start going through some stuff together. When you are committed you will always do the right thing whether we feel like it or not.
Commitment is not easy but we can do it with the power of God. We need to ask God for help in order for us to do the right thing.
The devil will always try to attack us and make us not to feel like doing the right thing, whether in marriage, workplace, family, but we have to overcome him and do the right thing.
When we do the right it and being committed to it we are making God proud and we are representing him through our action.
