The McLean Bible Church is a Non-denominational multi site Church in Washington DC.
MCLEAN BIBLE CHURCH FOUNDER
The Church was founded in 1961 by five families; they formed a non-denominational Bible Church, led by Pastor J. Albert Ford, who was the first pastor.

MISSION
The McLean Bible Church’s mission is to glorify God by making disciples and multiplying churches among all nations.
VISION
The McLean Bible Church’s goal is to build a “spiritual beltway” around the city by starting Community Campuses that are fully functioning expressions of the Church.

MCLEAN BIBLE CHURCH BELIEFS
The Church:
Believes that the Bible is God’s Word. It’s completely true and contains all we need in order to know and walk with God.
Believes in one God who eternally exists in three persons. He is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, perfectly holy, sovereign, and good.
Believes in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He is fully man and fully God, the one and only Lord and Savior, who died for our sins and was raised on the third day.
Believes that salvation comes by grace through faith in Christ. It is a free gift for all who repent and believe; it’s impossible to earn, but it will completely transform our lives and eternity.
Believes in the Church. God designed His people to be gathered into churches that care for each other, grow more like Jesus, and make disciples among all nations.
Believes that Jesus is coming back. He will return to judge the living and the dead, condemning those who reject Him to perish, but rewarding His followers with eternal life.
Believes Heaven and Hell are real. Hell is the eternal, horrifying destination for all who turn from Jesus, and Heaven is the eternal, satisfying home of God with all who trust in Jesus.
