Joyce said that if God sovereignly declares and decrees something … nothing is going to keep it from happening. But then there’s this other whole area that gets a little bit more difficult for us to understand sometimes and that’s the permissive will of God. It means that God permits things that aren’t right and it’s very frustrating and hard for us to understand.
