The preacher and a father of two children who is also the lead pastor of Lakewood Church says that promotion does not come from people but from the Lord.
Teaching on knowing your job and God’s job, the senior pastor of Lakewood Church once took to Instagram to write: “God doesn’t ask us to figure everything out. You have to know what’s your job and what’s God’s job. Our job is to believe, our job is to thank God, our job is to walk in obedience.”
