Today, we bring you a message from Pastor Joyce Meyer titled, “It’s Time to Flip Your Switch.” She talks about how we get too familiar with the things that God does for us and then need something else to excite us. We are unbelievably blessed, but we just take the things that God has done for us for granted. If we are not careful, the light of God that is inside of us will start to go out because we take what God has done for us for granted. We should not go out into the world and act just like them. We should act like Jesus Christ and have so much excitement in our lives. For us to act differently, we have to make the decisions within ourselves. If we feel like we don’t have enough of the light of God in our lives, we should pray and decide to turn our light up.
The first thing we should do every morning as believers is to switch our lights up and make that little attitude adjustment that changes everything. We have to decide to help more people and let God work with us every day of our lives to be more excellent and better at everything that we do. When we allow God to work on us and when our light shines, we don’t need to tell anyone about Jesus; they can see him all over us.
Complaining about a problem while doing nothing to change it is one of the worst things in the world that we can do. When we have a problem that we can’t change, why don’t we go and change someone’s life by being a blessing? When we solve someone else’s problem, God will solve ours. One of the ways we can celebrate our victories is by helping someone else.
